Honda CBR600 RR is a good for my first bike?
I understand the other so-called beginner motorcycles, but I like that bike and although I have taken courses already. That's CBR600RR good first motorcycle? Oh, and I live in California, so its always sunny. Where can I find one at a good price too. A question important would be good, thanks.
If you already know and understand how to handle a manual transmission that helps learning a motorcycle because it's one less thing you must focus on when learning. The popular saying is that if you can drive a stick and ride a bike, learning a motorcycle will be easy. If you can practice discipline and restraint when riding, you may be right. Not all fun and games on a sport bike. Even if you ride perfect you need to know how react when other cars and bikes and trucks do not drive so perfect. That comes from building new instincts and reflexes, and driving habits. While definitely recommend the MSF class, the class does not usually teach all you need to know. Many, many riders go down every summer due to overconfidence gained by taking class. When I walk, I act like I was invisible for other vehicles. On the road, I guess every car I pass or passes, sees me and is looking for come into my lane. I'm ready for any move that car makes half a second before he does. You have to learn aerodynamics. The Internet is the only place I've heard of anyone in anything from 600 to the side of people who grew up riding dirt bikes. The Ninja 250R is a nice bike with plastic. I've been in many, many track days, bike nights, meet-ups and cruising bicycles in general, and I have not seen one or even witnessed a conversation about them. They receive recognition in the sport bike community that actually walks. I do not hate the Ninja 250R, but not the best choice absolute universal first moto of how others have suggested. In my humble opinion, the FZ6R Yamaha is the best entry-level sport bike. The new Suzuki GS500F is a Nice bike. I usually recommend this bike to people who have been afraid of getting a 600. It has the power to glide through the city and push you along the road if desired. Do not see anything wrong. They recommend small CC bikes for beginners because most are new to the speed and ostentation of it, and often underestimate the seriousness of the bicycle safely. The temptation to exploit this power is often too great to overcome. If you know you can and will respect the bike and get at least a thousand miles of practice before hitting the road, and before group rides, then maybe you can start on a 600cc bike. Otherwise, help yourself and start small. Another suggestion was that first bike is wisely used one. You can not fall, but the clutch, brakes and tires of a beating in the learning stages. You do not want to wrest a new bike. Reduced sports bikes: 1. YZF600R (not R6) 2. ZZR600 (not the ZX-6) 3. FZ6R – Top bike Rookie option that looks like a rookie bike 4. Suzuki GS500F / GSX650 5. GSX600 Katana (laughing stock of sports bikes) Also known as Can-O-Tuna 6. Triumph Daytona 600 sports bike in order: 1. GSX / R 600 2. YZF R6 3. ZX-6R 4.
