Batteries for motorcycles and how they affect the supply of accessories?
Hello I have a bike that I'm having a little problem with that feed my heating equipment, the bike is rated at 432 watts at 7000 rpm and a 3 phase 32 amp charging system, but the bike has a 10500 rpm redline to 7000 RPMs Cruising is not good and about 4000 rpm feels good and the cruise at 70 mph Hyway is running at 4300 rpm, so I do not know how many watts gennarated be in that rpm, is there a formal calcalate watts at that rpm, I have a program that you can put all the power of the uses and with my bike jacket heating and gloves that have left more than 35 watts. The battery is small and is rated for 200 cca, 12 hours amplifier, I get a battery that has more power, but that does not know the benafites from 250 cca battery takes 18 hours and amp, and if that would cause the voltage regulator to keep it working more charged or wounded, only known to amp hours the heat would be my best team, so any information would help me to award. Thanks Mike
Why not simply put a better performance of the stator in it? Bottom Line, that's what it takes. There is no way around that. To see if these people have something for your bike. I would suggest contacting them about their needs for power in the rpm range you want. See it meets your needs. They also have a rewind service, I think. http://www.ricksmotorsportelectrics.com/index.php http://www.electrosport.com/index.html If Your vote is the total output 7Krpm,,,, leaving only a Calculated 35W,,, I hope including Charging the battery in your load calculations. Even if so, is likely to operate at a loss in the range of 4,000 rpm. Almost certainly. How much Drawing amperage in 4000? What is the voltage at full load at that speed? If you have a system of 32A,,, the voltage regulator should be sufficient to handle increased production of stator reliably. If you want "cheap life insurance" for the Reg / Rect, Stick to 12v Computer CPU / Case Fan on the heatsink Reg $ 5/5Minutes heat>>>> "50% increase" in life expectancy. If this machine Mystery of Unknown Make / model / year that happens to have a unitized rectifier / regulator ,,,,, like most everyone these days …. can disable the internal rectifier and heat fall through soil by installing a single-phase starved Bridge Rectifiers in each leg of the departure of H. Real Simple,,,, basically splice them online. Thus, the internal rectifier precluded from having anything BLOCK. No Load = NO heat. Dont Care if Idle and simply pass through Pre-DC Grinding. The big advantage is, 32AMPS removes heat from the heat sink off the regulator. Ya'd need 3 @ under $ 10 each. If one fails SHORT — realization full-wave AC, well,,, the interior is redundant and the failure to outboard. automatically reset function is normal. If you do not OPEN — NOTHING … Put the realization a jumper wire across it until you can relac 5 ~ 10 $ diode. just my opinion, I prefer the risk of an arrangement of discrete components in a $ 10 $ 100 ~ 150 all integrated device. makes sense to me, anyway. But you are unlikely to smoke a 35Amp/600Volt phase diode bridge. I doubt the original bridge has heavier than or15A ETA 10A. I can not suggest anything concrete, because I have no idea what I'm talking motorcycle. I thought Replacements LED running and tail lights? Incandescent pull about 1 ~ 2 amps each. LED's will be reduced to less than 1 / 4 of current total. The 2 ~ 3 Amp capacity building dont sound like a lot …. Until You consider that the difference might try to collect with 2A Batt, compared with 5 or more. All the BS and the calculation and Grand Theory in the world WONT power its electrical system. What you must do, at least, is to upgrade to a high output stator. It would also be wise to add an exaggeration of the size of wire fusion power bus directly from the battery to supply all the additional accessories. You can manually change already, or use a cheap, Simple Link is energizing to correlate with the number Swich. Bicycle Harnesses always seem to be marginal-Sized wire gauge,,,, and almost always induce some even with normal voltage drop equip. * Get a stator HO * Get the weight off the bike's original wiring * Cool the Force Rect / Reg-Optional> Upgrade Your Rect / Reg a call of a medical HighOutput> Pre-phase AC Rectify each modular unit to download OEM-Optional>> Use a trio of Big ETA, then a regulator of the Navy,,, Mercury outboard 40Amp one, for example. They are cheap and toba.-Optional> Download the demand a bit with an exchange of LEDs for a small increase Capacity Whatever I do,,,, until they increase production, you going anywhere towards a solution. Increased output = stator or Custom Aftermarket Rewound stator. There are no other real way to increase production of amperage available. Source: I was a fan of 60's television show "Green Acres" Hanie Farm and remember:) Moral: If you want to use more energy … You have to have more power. Or Else Whatever you unplug, so you can otherwise good luck with it, hope I get it going well.
